Retreats are a great way to practice nature and/or body connection through making space for silence and reflection. My thought is that it may be easier to schedule time for ourselves if we have help getting the planning part done... then we all go on our solitary retreats at the same time. Thus, we get the time we need, exactly as we want it, and some connection around our experience at the end of it all.
