​It's worth your time and attention!

What might your body tell you if it could talk?

I know it might not feel like it on the surface.... but those painful things are messages being sent between your body and your spirit. They want you to feel whole and happy. 

What if the messages are invitations to come into a greater relationship with your own body and soul?  They are beckoning you to fully honor your mind and your body.

All you need is a translator... someone who can read the body and help you learn how to understand its language.

You already have what you need.

Your attention is your best friend, .  

Where and how you place your attention is important.  With your attention you'll be able to direct your energy and intention. It is your healing power.

Use it masterfully so that you can support great vitality in your body.  And in return, your body will become more robust, healthier, and happier.

Mastering healing attention

Mastering healing attention comes with taking the time to listen, acknowledge, and interact in a relationship with your own body. 

Attention mastery comes from being present with and listening to your body, as you would with a friend, family member, or partner.  It means making time for yourself, creating quiet sanctuary for your body to speak to you in its subtle language of Body Wisdom, and making space for you to listen deeply to what it tells you.

The most important relationship you have is with your body

This relationship... the one between you and the body you inhabit... is the ONLY relationship from which you can never walk away... and it deserves your attention!

Your'e going to be with your body all your life... and that means i
t's worth putting effort into getting to know it.  The sooner you put your attention on your relationship with your body, the sooner and longer you'll reap the benefits.

How I work:

There are two main components of my work, one is where I guide you to the stories held deep in your tissues and cells, and the other is where you create the new relationship with your body.  These two approaches dovetail to provide a healing experience that both addresses the physical issues and harnesses the interplay of body and mind to make a real and lasting difference.

Sometimes when we don't feel well it is something that begins in the body, and if it's persistent it can influence how you feel and think and understand yourself.  Especially if becomes chronic, causes undesirable changes to your lifestyle, and causes problems in your relationships.

Other times, experiences in your life, especially those that cause a great deal of stress of the fight, flight, freeze fame... can cause inflammation, tension, and can settle into the tissues.  Thus, something that begins as a thought or experience can become physical. This is well known as it's common knowledge that stress is related to things like heart disease and diabetes.  That's just the beginning... the truth is so much bigger than that.

Through my unique training... academically as a biologist... and in Bioenergy Balancing (healing work)... I am uniquely poised to help you address your discomfort in a truly holistic way.  Bioenergy Balancing is a unique modality that allows you to have a detailed cellular level conversation with your body in which it can tell you why it is working (or not) as it is, and what can be done to help.

Because your mind is a powerful tool in healing, we will also work toward creating an internal environment that supports the desired function of the body.  We work together to bring what is already inside of you to the surface, to create a meaningful framework for seeing your body in a new light.

Programs

My work is a co-creation with clients.  In our healing sessions I connect with your Body Wisdom to read and translate the messages it holds.  In our mentoring sessions we talk about the metaphors that we see in the body and actions you can take in your daily life to address what is coming up in the body.  I have my program clients keep a Body Wisdom Journal
